Coaching in the German first league was a very unique experience. It really showed me how much politics are involved in German American Football. Either way it was a learning experience, i did meet some good people while in Stuttgart.

Coaching in Europe as a minority can be a lot harder then coaching in the United States because

of the different stereotypes that are put on minorities as a whole in European Countries. People will not say it to your face but they are always talking behind your back win or lose.

I found it very interesting the thinking of some in the international football scene still think that coaching this great sport of American football still has a color barrier.

Working with specific people involved with the NFLE has given a good perspective of how things are done on the NFL side of the house internationally. People do not realize the big difference in the way the NFLE is run compared to the NFL.
